A3 The University

安娜每天早上需要坐火车去上大学。她在七点一刻的时候离开家，去车站。

Ānnà měi tiān zǎoshang xūyào zuò huǒchē qù shàng dàxué. Tā zài qī diǎn yí kè de shíhòu líkāi jiā, qù chēzhàn.

Anna takes a train to go to university every morning. She leaves home at quarter past seven and walks to the station. 

今天她坐公交车五路。车很慢，但是公共汽车站在她的街道尽头。甚至在冬天有雪和冰的时候，也很容易就走到了。

Jīntiān tā zuò gōngjiāochē wǔ lù. Chē hěn màn, dànshì gōnggòng qìchē zhàn zài tā de jiēdào jìntóu. Shènzhì zài dōngtiān yǒu xuě hé bīng de shíhòu, yě hěn róngyì jiù zǒudàole.

Today she takes bus number five. It's slow, but the bus stop is at the end of her road. It's easy to walk there even when there is snow and ice in winter.

她穿着保暖的衣服,她最喜欢的大衣，她的新灰色帽子和一双靴子。她还戴着围巾和皮手套。

Tā chuānzhe bǎonuǎn de yīfu - tā zuì xǐhuān de dàyī, tā de xīn huīsè màozi hé yì shuāng xuēzi. Tā hái dàizhe wéijīn hé pí shǒutào.

She wears warm clothes: her favourite coat, her new grey hat and a pair of boots. She also wears a scarf and leather gloves. 

现在是十一月。而且从这个周末开始，就非常寒冷。在夏天，她有时用踏板车去上大学。

Xiànzài shì shíyī yuè. Érqiě cóng zhè gè zhōumò kāishǐ, jiù fēicháng hánlěng. Zài xiàtiān, tā yǒushí yòng tàbǎnchē qù shàng dàxué.

It is November but has been very cold since the weekend. In summer, she sometimes takes the scooter to go to university.

她在公交车的第二站下了车。她的胳膊下放了一些纸，走到了教学楼。她的课会在十五分钟内开始。

Tā zài gōngjiāochē de dì èr zhàn xiàle chē. Tā de gēbo xià fàngle yìxiē zhǐ, zǒudàole jiàoxué lóu. Tā de kè huì zài shíwǔ fēnzhōng nèi kāishǐ.

She gets off the bus at the second stop and walks to the university building with some papers under her arm. Her lesson starts in fifteen minutes.

“早上好，安娜！这是你的新大衣吗？你看起来很好。我喜欢这种颜色。这是一种美丽的深绿色。”

“Zǎoshang hǎo, Ānnà! Zhè shì nǐ de xīn dàyī ma? Nǐ kàn qǐlái hěn hǎo. Wǒ xǐhuān zhè zhǒng yánsè. Zhè shì yì zhǒng měilì de shēn lǜsè.”

“Good Morning, Anna! Is this your new coat? You look great. I like the colour. It's a beautiful deep green.”

“早上好，索菲亚！谢谢。不，这是我的旧大衣。新大衣是蓝色的。”

“Zǎoshang hǎo, Suǒfēiyà! Xièxie. Bù, zhè shì wǒ de jiù dàyī. Xīn dàyī shì lánsè de.”

“Good Morning, Sophia! Thank you. No, this is my old coat. The new coat is blue.”

“你在网站上做了我们的课程阅读了吗？我对这有一些问题。”

“Ní zài wǎngzhàn shàng zuòle wǒmen de kèchéng yuèdúle ma? Wǒ duì zhè yǒu yìxiē wèntí.”

“Did you do the reading for our course from the website? I have some questions about it.”

“不，我没有时间。星期五我在做我的语言课程作业。老师今天要做测试。明天我还要参加对话课的考试“。

“Bù, wǒ méiyǒu shíjiān. Xīngqīwǔ wǒ zài zuò wǒ de yǔyán kèchéng zuòyè. Lǎoshī jīntiān yào zuò cèshì. Míngtiān wǒ hái yào cānjiā duìhuà kè de kǎoshì.“

“No, I didn't have time. I was doing the homework for my language course on Friday. The teacher will do a test today and tomorrow I take the exam for the conversation class.”

“哦，是的，那更重要。安娜，你看到那里的那个很高的女人了吗？ 

“O, shì de, nà gèng zhòngyào. Ānnà, nǐ kàndào nàlǐ de nàgè hěn gāo de nǚrénle ma? 

“Oh, yes, that's more important. Anna, you see the tall woman there?”

“是的，你认识她吗？”

“Shì de, nǐ rènshì tā ma?”

“Yes, do you know her?”

“是的，她人很好。她在这里教书。她的名字是拉尔特太太。”

“Shì de, tā rén hěn hǎo. Tā zài zhèlǐ jiāoshū. Tā de míngzì shì Lāěrtè tàitai.”

“Yes, she's nice. She teaches here. Her name is Mrs. Ralt.”

她常常在外面吸烟。她总是站在那个角落里“。

Tā chángcháng zài wàimian xīyān. Tā zǒng shì zhàn zài nàgè jiǎoluò lǐ.“

“She often smokes outside. She always stands there in the corner.”

“我觉得她旁边的男人是她的丈夫。”

“Wǒ juéde tā pángbiān de nánren shì tā de zhàngfu.”

“I think the man next to her is her husband.”

那个戴眼镜，有胡子，而且也在吸烟的男人吗？

“Nàgè dài yǎnjìng, yǒu húzi, érqiě yě zài xīyān de nánren ma?”

“The man wearing the glasses and the beard who is smoking as well?”

“不，是那个在他后面的蓝眼睛的人 。”

“Bù, shì nàgè zài tā hòumian de lán yǎnjīng de ren.”

“No, the man with the blue eyes behind him.”

“所以她是他的妻子。现在我明白了。他们经常一起站在外面。”

“Suǒyǐ tā shì tā de qīzi. Xiànzài wǒ míngbáile. Tāmen jīngcháng yìqǐ zhàn zài wàimian.”

“So she's his wife. Now I understand. They're often outside together.”
